The Carlos Barral apartment is on the 5th floor of the Casa de les Lletres building on the outskirts of el Borne. This 45m2 property has been carefully restored in a modern style while maintaining the original architectural characteristics. The living room has parquet floorings, a TV corner with satellite channels, DVD player and access to a small balcony overlooking Plaza Antonio Lopez. There is also a double sofa-bed to accommodate two extra guests.
Part of the walls have exposed brick, while on the ceiling the wooden beams are visible creating a calm and stylish atmosphere.
The open plan kitchen in the living room and dining room area has seating for 4 people and it’s fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay a very pleasant one such as dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, etc…
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with large wardrobes, safety box and warm designer lights. There is wi-fi internet connection as well as air-conditioning. The bathroom is natural marble and has a small bathtub/shower and is finished with Marimeko accessories. This is a light, comfortable and quiet apartment to enjoy Barcelona.
